RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At ZIVORA, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

The product must be unused and, where applicable, returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice/order details.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return.

REFUNDS

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is accepted before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the payment method used.

For other return requests, return shipping charges, if applicable, may be the customer's responsibility.
